iCREEd or Identity, Character, Residence, Employment and Education - is the backbone of information that covers the necessary elements in evaluating individuals to ensure operational success.

Character Reference checks will have the following options:

  1. Maximum of 3 Character References
  2. Maximum of 5 Character References
  3. Maximum of 10 Character References

iCREEd is segmented into two divisions:

1.    Ala Carte Reports
i. Identity Check – this verifies and validates the identity of the subject matter using the personally identified information. One of the major channels in validating the identity of the subject matter is through the CIBI Credit Bureau system.

ii. Character Reference Check – three references and excluding any next of kin. This will help evaluate how the person interrelate or cooperate. Employees’ characters dictate the culture and the atmosphere of the work environment.

iii. Residence Check – Philippines is one of the countries that attains challenge address format due to the number of neighborhoods or barangays that are located on far flung areas without specific post codes or defined street names. Residence check includes checking the barangay and/or Homeowner Association offices.  CIBI can generate information for up to 15 years of residential account.

iv. Employment Check – CIBI collects historical data and transforms it into reliable employment records. CIBI considers significant details relative in distinguishing the work exposure and experience of an individual. This checking can go up to 15 years trace back or last three employers depending on the requirement.  Checking will be conducted through emails or phone calls primarily with the employer’s Human Resources or Immediate Superior, whichever is available.  Should there be employers who would release the result beyond our committed turnaround time; the reports submitted to client will be supplemented upon release of the employment result.  CIBI reserves the right to charge additional fees, upon approval from the client, for employment requiring actual visits.

v. Education Check – CIBI developed strong affiliations with colleges, universities and other educational institutions all over the country for the purpose of collecting and authenticating scholastic records. This report means verification of claimed highest educational attainment. Main source is the Registrar’s Office. Other alternative sources are the College or Deans, Placement, and Alumni offices. There is a process of one school or college or university per checking. Any additional school or college or university provided shall be considered a new checking and shall be charged according to the agreed upon rate.  Validation of additional Education related document shall be subject to an additional charge, upon approval of client according to the agreed upon rate.

 

2.    Packaged Reports
i. Pre-employment Screening or PES – An advisable and practical method on ensuring the growth of operational processes through human capital investment.

Individual Financial Capacity Assistance Program or IFCAP – This generates report that supports the socialized pricing access program, specifically for Oncology, implemented by healthcare institutions and the Philippine government.
